Review by Eddie: In most cases you need to downgrade your bootloader but it does work for the V3. This is a 3 step process(takes about 2 mintutes) first install Universal Simlock Remover(found here) After that is done. open it up, click the plus next to motorola and select the motorola v80 v220 E380 C450 C650 Unlocker. i know it doesnt say V3 but it works trust me double click on that then boot your phone up in bootloader (turn it on and hold *and#) then plug it in2 the computer and click unlock. a message will come up saying "performing cumming" LOL and then it will say complete or something like that and VOILA u have just sucessfully unlocked your RAZR V3 (5/5 - 22-Dec-2007)
